ReConstruct Church ("we," "us," or "our") is a church family in Batesville, Arkansas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through reconstructchurch.net (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We want you to feel as safe on our website as you do in our building. This page is a plain-language explanation of our practices; it is not legal advice.

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, submit a prayer request, sign up for a member account, or reach out to us by phone or email, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. Prayer requests may include sensitive personal or spiritual matters; we treat them with care and confidentiality.

Member accounts. If you create a member login, we collect the information needed to create and secure your account (such as your name, email address, and a password, or your Google or Facebook login if you choose that option). New accounts require email confirmation.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Wix, may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and cookies needed to make the Site work and to protect it from abuse.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your messages and prayer requests, to create and manage your member account, to share church news and information you ask for, to keep the Site secure, and to understand how people use the Site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Prayer Requests

Prayer requests are shared only with our pastoral and prayer team. If you would like a request kept fully private or want it shared with the wider church, please say so in your request.

Giving

Online giving on our Site is handled through trusted third-party giving platforms. When you give, your payment details are entered directly with that provider and are governed by its own privacy policy. We do not store your card or bank information on our Site.

Member Accounts and the Church App

Member accounts on this Site are managed through Wix. The same member account may be used to sign in to ReConstruct Church's mobile app, so that you have one login for the website and the app. Information in your member profile is used to serve you as part of our church community and is not shared outside the church except as described in this policy.

Online Store

If we offer branded merchandise through the Site, you will need a member account to check out. Order information (such as your name, shipping address, and items purchased) is used to fulfill your order and provide customer service. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Children

Our Site is intended for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies provided by Wix to keep the Site working, remember your login, and protect against spam and abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features (such as member login) may not work without them.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the Site and communicate with you, including our website host (Wix), email and messaging providers, giving platforms, and church-management tools. You may update or delete your member account at any time from your account settings, or ask us to do so. You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact information below.
