Welcome to reconstructchurch.net (the "Site"), operated by ReConstruct Church in Batesville, Arkansas. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are written in plain language and are not legal advice.

Purpose of the Site

The Site exists to share who we are, help you plan a visit, watch messages, connect with our ministries, request prayer, and give. Everything on the Site is offered as a ministry of the church.

You may create a member account to access member features on the Site and the ReConstruct Church app, which share the same login. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address to activate your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that is harmful to others.

Prayer Requests and Contact Forms

Prayer requests and contact form submissions are received by our pastoral and ministry team. While we do our best to respond and to pray for every request, submitting a request does not create a counseling, medical, legal, or other professional relationship. If you are in immediate danger or facing an emergency, please call 911.

Giving

Gifts made through links on the Site are processed by third-party giving platforms under their own terms. Gifts to ReConstruct Church are given voluntarily and are used to support the mission and ministries of the church. If you believe a gift was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Online Store

If we offer merchandise through the Site, a member account is required to check out. Prices, availability, and shipping or pickup options are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will work to make it right.

Content and Intellectual Property

Sermons, videos, images, logos, and text on the Site belong to ReConstruct Church or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our content and to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, sell, or alter our content or branding without permission. Scripture quotations are from their respective translations and remain the property of their publishers.

Links to Other Sites

The Site links to third-party websites and services such as Facebook, YouTube, and giving platforms. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

No Warranties

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that all information (such as event dates and times) is always current. Please confirm important details with us directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReConstruct Church and its leaders, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
